1. What happens if we don't reach our funding goal?
We're taking pre-orders to fund the project, and will base the amount we order and produce off of how much is raised. In the event that we do not reach the amount needed to fully fund the project, we will notify and refund all customers before deciding what to do next.
2. When are zines expected to ship?
Pre-orders are slated to end February 24th. After that, we'll tally up how much we need to order. Production should take about 1-2 months, but with the holidays and worldwide economic unrest that may change. We will keep our social media updated with any changes and/or delays!
3. What charity will profits go to?
All profits will go to the The Māori Indigenous Education Fund. This fund serves to advance the prosperity of Māori people in New Zealand through education. Here is a link to their site.
4. Will you ship to the UK? What about Germany?
Yes, we will ship to both! We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges through customs or VAT, however. You are buying at your own financial risk. Here is a list of countries we cannot ship to.
5. Will you give refunds? Or replace damaged items?
Every item will be inspected thoroughly before being shipped out. The utmost care will be taken in packaging the products to protect them in transit.
If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, it will be replaced. If the damage is done during shipping, we will assess the damage and determine whether it warrants a replacement or refund.
